On my Summer holidays I went to Lombok with my Family. We went from the 25th of December to the 7th of February. we stayed at this really nice hotel, it had a kid pool with a slide and an infinity pool all of the villas had their own private pool. I got my hair braided on the beach and some nights we would go out on the streets for dinner. We stayed there for 5 days then we took a boat over to an island called Gili air we stayed at scallywags we stayed in little huts I got my own room, the day before New Years eve I went scuba diving I saw lots of turtles and fish when we finished our dive and got back on the boat it was raining. The next day we hired a glass bottom boat and went out to different places and went snorkling we saw statues under water and lots of coral and turtles. After snorkelling we went out for dinner and got massages then we went back to the hotel and stayed out the front till 12:00 then we went out the front to watch the fireworks. After our holiday ended in Gili air the rest of my family went back to Perth except for my Dad, Mum, Sister, Brother and I w took a boat back to Lombok and stayed at this really nice hotel we were there for 4 days on our last day we went back to the islands for the day but we went to Gili t and was going to go scuba diving but when we got on the boat and went to where we were diving it started raining and the wind was really bad, the wind kept pushing the boat into shore. Someone finally came to rescue us and took us back to Gili t when we got on the boat to go back to Lombok the waves were really big and water kept going into the boat. In the morning we got all our stuff and waited at reception we go a taxing went to the airport. At the airport my sister and I go Starbucks we go the caramel frapuccino it was really good then we got on the airplane and went back to Perth. I had as lot of fun in Lombok and the islands.
